Should there be more or less privatization of hospital and healthcare services?

Privatization is the process of transferring governmental control and ownership of a service or industry to a privately owned business.

All healthcare should be free for citizens

I think Government Funded Healthcare should be available for free or with a lot of subsidies for people earning under a certain amount a year. People earning more than said certain amount should be given the choice between Government Healthcare or Private Healthcare. Private healthcare should be moderated slightly though to ensure there's no overcharging especially for life-threatening or terminal illnesses.
